Easy to install - but dissapointing performance |

I have just installed the 45-SH1 and have looked online for a little help. I have the setting pegged, and at 20 degrees outside, the humidity level in the house can only get up to about 35%.
This should be more then enough coverage for my place (under 1000 sqr ft) but it's not cutting it. And there doesn't seem to be anyone to ask online about it either...
